As I am finishing up on my kits for my upcoming classes, I wanted to show some of the pieces that I will be teaching.
I will be teaching my book; "the story from within" at, Art Is You Retreats, in Petaluma Ca. in a couple of weeks.
I will be showing them how to create a bezel for their books.
There will be many techniques taught in this class to make up this book and pages. I love working with tattered, torn, discarded, vintage and recycled pieces and incorporate them into pieces of art.
Then to finish up the class, I will show them how to make a book bag/purse for their special treasure.
My next upcoming class is being held at the; You Shine Studio in, Portland Oregon.
I will be teaching a 2 day class. Our first day is about creating a bezel for our book. I will teach you how I create my, one of a kind bezels.
Day 2, we will be creating books. I will be showing and discussing many techniques that you could incorporate into your books, but also how to enhance the book with different looks to it. By the end of the class, each book will be unique in itself.
