happiness....

To each of us, happiness may mean something different.  To me, happiness is all about love.  Whether that be the love you receive or give away, each is unique in itself.  

When I find myself feeling down or lonely, I find that if I do something for someone else, out of love...then I find myself back to feeling good and happy again.  Whether that be someone I know or even a total stranger, love is the greatest gift that we can ever receive or give away.

This is how my next journal came about...

 

                                     happiness

 

I created the covers out of watercolor paper and applied vintage papers, inks, acrylics, vintage buttons, ribbon, words and an image of flowers.

I printed the image on a fabric sheet and then applied acrylics and mediums to further enhance it.

This image is actually from flowers that I had received from my hubby.  As they were wilting away, I decided to capture the image of them.  

 

I listed this in my etsy.
