Everyone has a story to tell and from what we have seen through the years, people will find different ways to record them. Whether that be cave walls, stones, papers, wood, books, etc. we have the evidence of them as proof.
I love holding books that are years old and know that someone felt compelled to share their visions, dreams, thoughts, etc. onto those pages.
This is one of the reasons that I fell in love with creating books, years ago. I wanted to create a piece that allow the person who owns it, to be able to feel, like they have a place to record those special, private, joyous, painful, happy, etc. moments.
With my next piece..."my story", I created such a book. I came across the words, "we've a story to tell" and from those words, created this journal.
My next journal is a small book. It measures, 4 x 5 3/4. I created a sleeve on the side of the journal, that would allow you to slide a pencil into it.
I have listed these in my etsy.

Beautiful with the hearts on the tattered fabric pieces, and the wonderful angel image- dear Nellie,-and the small one a sweet compagnion to share thoughts with !
