These are the titles of my next two journals that I have created. I decided to work on some smaller scale journals. Sometimes, it nice to have a small journal that you could record some thoughts, an event, scrapbook a day's memories, etc.
I enjoy making these, where it would allow you to lay them on a coffee table and it draws interest and conversation to those that visit.

Who would of known that plaster, could be so much fun to work with. I have worked with it before, over the past few years, but since taking an on-line class with Stephanie Lee and Judy Wise, it has opened up a whole new world to me.
I have learned so many tricks and techniques, that I just don't have enough time in a day to complete the creativity that is going on in my head...lol.
I was able to create some new items, using plaster...

This is one of my journal wraps. I have incorporated a plaster piece that I created with cracked plaster and then painted the image with acrylics.
This next piece is a lined composition book, that I have altered.

I have been working hard to catch up on posting, e-mails and work. We were without our internet for over 4 days...yuck! Kept going back and forth with the company to get it fixed. Wow, the little things in life that we take for granted...lol. The great news...it is fixed and we are back up and running!
So, some of my newest work is...prayer flags. I have been working on some. I still have a few that I am working on, but here is the ones that are done and listed.

I hung them outside to show how they look this way. I designed them to be hung outside, but they could also be hung indoors as well. I have sealed the images with a sealer to help preserve them from the outdoor elements.
I am currently working on a couple more prayer flags. I have a handmade cloth book that I am almost done with and also a plaster book that I am about finish with.
